Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receipt unless there is a delay. Not all orders are processed or shipped from Friday, 3 pm PST through Sunday, or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your order and where your order is shipping from. All orders are shipped from the United States.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Autism Store ships to addresses within the US, US Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additional fees may apply to those places outside the US.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Damages
The Autism Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, contact us prior to your purchase.
International Shipping Policy
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or brokerage charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS.
The Autism Store will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and the package ends up lost or delivered to the wrong location. If the wrong address is given and the customer tries to update it with us, if the order has already gone into a fulfillment status, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to update the address.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the shipping carrier has reported that it was delivered, please reach out to your local carrier to submit a claim. It is the customers responsibility to initiate a claim for their missing package.
Internation Orders
Estimated Delivery Time
International orders typically arrive within 14–42 days. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please note that tracking updates may be limited or delayed while your package is in transit internationally or awaiting customs clearance.
