Your sizing is completely off

Your sizing is completely off. My granddaughter wears a shoe size of 7 1/2 ladies. She is 15 years old. According to the size chart she would wear an XL which is what I ordered. These socks are KNEE socks, NOT crew socks, on her and the heal is way up her leg. Assuming the size was correct I already marked them (divorce in the family) and now I cannot return them. The chart plainly state: Adult, shoe size, 7-12, XL. Maybe if I reorder in size toddler, they will fit. I am not happy !!!

We’re sorry the fit wasn’t what you expected. The product page states that the socks arrive slightly larger because some shrinking occurs after the first wash. We have sold many pairs and have not previously received complaints about the sizing being incorrect.

We would have gladly assisted with an exchange if the socks had remained unused and unaltered. Unfortunately, because they were permanently marked before the fit was confirmed, they could no longer be returned or exchanged.

We were at our wit's end trying to find socks for our daughter

We were at our wit's end trying to find socks for our daughter. Every ten steps she would stop, take off her shoes, take off her socks, and we'd have to start all over again. While she still does sometimes take these new sensory-friendly socks off, we've noticed the frequency drop dramatically. And when she comes home, she usually takes everything off the second she gets in the door, but we've seen her still wearing these socks at bedtime. Not perfect, but certainly a game changer if there ever was one.
