We do want to clarify that we have sold this item without previous reports of this issue, and we would never knowingly offer a product we believed to be unsafe. Like other rebounders and balance toys, it is intended to be used as designed and with appropriate adult supervision, particularly for children who may climb, stand on the handle, or use equipment in ways outside its intended purpose. We understand that every child has different needs and abilities, and not every sensory product will be appropriate for every child.
